מכשיר הקונספט החדש מבית LG בדרך לצאת את האור
חברת LG מתכננת להשיק את מכשיר הדגל הבא שלה בשם "קשת בענן או Rainbow" ברביע הראשון של 2021 בנוסף לטלפון תקציבי עם קוד שם Q83 וגם, מכשיר קונספט שונה מה-"Wing" (מידע נוסף בהמשך הכתבה) בחצי הראשון של 2021, על פי אתר קוריאני, ETNews.
ה-LG Rainbow, יהיה היורש של דגם ה-Velvet של החברה שהושק עם דגש על העיצוב והתחושה שהוא נותן. הדגם החדש כנראה יגיע עם מעבד מבית Qualcomm, ה-Snapdragon 888, ויציע עט סטיילוס. לפי השם, כנראה שנוכל לצפות למכשיר צבעוני בעל גב זכוכית עם כל צבעי הקשת שישתנו תלוי בזוויות שתסתכלו עליו. בתור אחד שמגן על הטלפון שלו כמו בניסוי של להפיל ביצה מגובה מסוים מבלי שתישבר, אני אשים כיסוי רציני שמגן על הטלפון מכל הצדדים כך שאני בקושי רואה את הבנייה והעיצוב שלו שבאים ביחד עם המסך. כך שלאנשים כמוני, טלפונים כאלו לא יתאימו אבל, במידה ואתם לא שמים כיסוי (או כיסוי מפלסטיק שקוף) אולי כן תוכלו להינות מהדגם החדש כפי שהחברה רוצה שתהינו ממנו.
טלפון הקונספט החדש של LG (המחכה לאישור הפטנט), יציע מסך מיוחד במינו המסוגל להגדיל את עצמו על ידי מנגנון גלגול חדשני ובכך אפשר יהיה ממש להאריך את המסך. בניגוד למסך מתקפל, כאן אין צורך במסך שלישי כמו אצל Samsung וכמו כן אין ציר האחראי לקיפול והכל נראה אורגני ומרשים יותר. אין לנו כרגע יותר מדי מידע לגבי המכשיר אך המפרט המשוער כרגע, זה שהמכשיר יגיע כטלפון רגיל בגודל של 6.8 אינץ' כשניתן להרחיב אותו עד ל-7.4. הודות למבנה הדק והנוח שלו, הוא מתעלה על שאר המכשירים המתקפלים, לפחות על הנייר. בשביל מבחן המציאות, נצטרך לחכות שהחברה תשיק אותו.
לצערנו, כרגע אין מידע נוסף אודות המכשירים החדשים. אבל נראה כי LG משחררת לשוק מספר מכשירי קונספט שונים בשביל לראות מה תופס ואיפה אפשר לשפר. אם תשאלו אותי, כל ניסיון כזה הוא מבורך כי לכו תדעו מה יהיה הקונספט הבא שלפיו שאר יצרני הטלפונים ילכו, בדיוק כמו ה-Xiaomi Mi Max, שטילטל את עולם הטלפונים עם שוליים דקים במיוחד ומסך גדול יותר עם אותו נפח פיזי.
